New to Care or Support work or already with an extensive background you will have the opportunity to train, learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
When you start working at Avican Support you’ll start off with a professional interview, we will only offer a position to those who share our values, Next step will to have a DBS applied for, then after onboarding your training will commence with a series of e-learning and classroom learning from our in-house team of specialists. Following passing our training, we’ll pair you with a buddy who you will shadow for your first shifts, making sure you’re comfortable with everything you’ll need to do and helping you to get to know our clients.
One you’re working with us, you’ll be supported by our amazing Head Office and Local Management Teams. With an ever growing service, there are lots of opportunity to upskill with us, allowing you to truly grow your career with us, Your family at work!.
