Avican Support Ltd specialises in providing exceptional care and support to those needing assistance with living their lives, their way in their own homes. As well as home care we have two exceptional supported living complexes in Peterborough and Ely providing support for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. We are committed to delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and choice.

In 2026, Avican Support proudly celebrates 20 years of supporting people and families across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
What began as a simple vision from our Founder, Dr Charles James – to provide care with kindness, dignity, and respect – has grown into something truly special. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of being part of thousands of lives, supporting people to live well, feel valued, and remain connected to the things that matter most.
At the heart of our journey is our incredible team. Their compassion, dedication, and genuine care have shaped who we are today – and continue to make a difference every single day.
