Personalised daily support
We support adults and young people who are diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism or mental difficulties to live a functional life of choice. It is possible that you prefer to live with other people of a similar age group who also want to experience living independently, but require some support with their daily skills. Whether you require a few contact hours or are fully supported throughout the day, our service provision aims to enrich your support experience through our positive engagement with you in ensuring that our services are right for you at all times.
Active inclusion
We encourage an active and inclusive experience for all individuals we support. We believe in ensuring our principles of caring reflect our beliefs in compassion, dignity, respect and partnership with the individuals we support, their family and our staff.
- Our vision is to create a community with equal access and meaningful involvement for all individuals within our care.
- Our mission is to ensure that people within our care are not limited by their diagnosis but supported with opportunities to live life to the full.
- Our process is to encourage individualised inclusion in setting up a home, access education or employment, and facilitate daily activities for well-being.
Setting personalised goals
We were rated as 'Good' by the CQC in our last inspection. This was achieved through our clear dedication to caring, changing attitudes towards people with learning disabilities, and striving to transform lives through positive examples. Our goals are driven by these outcomes which we always hope to achieve for the people in our care, as well as our continuous engagement with their families and friends at all times.
