Live In Care

Our Live-in Care service provides dedicated, one-to-one support in the comfort of your own home.

With a professional carer living alongside you, we offer continuous support tailored to your needs, helping you remain safe, independent, and comfortable without the need to move into residential care.

We take the time to understand your routine, preferences, and lifestyle so that care feels natural, reassuring, and built entirely around you.

How we help

We provide a carer who will live alongside you in your home for a period of time, supporting you with your daily routines.  Your carer will require their own bedroom and will have allocated breaktimes.  On longer assignments there maybe two carers allocated that work on a rotational basis.

Who we support

Our Live-in Care service is suitable for individuals who require ongoing support while remaining in their own home.

This may include older people, individuals living with long-term health conditions, those recovering from illness, or people who need more regular support than visiting care can provide.

Live-in Care is often an ideal alternative to residential care, allowing people to stay in familiar surroundings while receiving dedicated, one-to-one support.

How it works

We begin by understanding your needs, routine, and preferences.

From there, we carefully match you with a suitable live-in carer who will provide consistent, personalised support. Our team ensures a smooth transition, with ongoing monitoring and regular reviews to ensure the care continues to meet your needs.

Support is flexible and can adapt over time, giving you confidence that your care will always be right for you.

Our Reviews

We are very happy with the service from Avican Support, my mum was unsure about having a carer in her home, now they do things like walks and enjoy the garden again which has brought my mums smile back."

The carers we have are always polite and professional and a pleasure to have with us, their support to my husband, who can be difficult at times, has been amazing and thanks to them as he has accepted that he needs help and he has learned to accept support and is much happier knowing he can remain in his own home surrounded with family and his belongings."

The carers that support my mum, and occasionally my dad, have made a big difference to their day to day life, and have given my dad time back to visit his club and meet up with friends without worrying about mum."
