20 years of piecing it all together

Supporting independence, every day

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life within their community. Our Supported Living services focus on enabling individuals to take part in everyday activities, make their own choices, and develop independence at their own pace. From managing daily routines to building confidence in social situations, we provide the right level of support to help people achieve their goals.

Everything we do is centred around dignity, respect, and promoting independence.

Our Vision:

Equal access and meaningful involvement in the community

Our Mission:

Supporting people to live life to the full – not limited by diagnosis

Our Process:

Individualised promotion and support for independent living, life skills, and daily wellbeing

Who we support

We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs who want to live independently with support.

This includes individuals moving on from residential care, those looking to live more independently for the first time, or people who require ongoing support to maintain their tenancy and daily routines.

We work closely with families, local authorities, and professionals to ensure each person receives the right support for their needs.

How it works

We start by getting to know the individual – their needs, preferences, and long-term goals.

We then work with our preferred housing provider and relevant professionals to find suitable accommodation and develop a personalised support plan. Our support is flexible and adapts over time as independence grows.

Regular reviews ensure the support remains appropriate and continues to help individuals achieve greater independence.
